Dove & Tail ltd was launched in June 2004 by Josu Shephard MBA, a well known personality in the world of furniture. She began her career as a thirteen year old 'Saturday Girl' in her family’s business Courts. She made furniture her career and gained additional and very valuable experience with the Swedish giant IKEA as UK Furniture Range Manager, then returning to the family firm as Director of Overseas Sourcing. Josu has literally travelled thousand of miles sourcing the very best of suppliers, manufacturers and materials, including China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Phillipines, Brazil and Europe. Dove & Tail Ltd offers a range of services to Groups, Independent stores, new entrants to the market and others who wish to develop and increase their business.
